No. Any growth to the bones, regardless of the source is permanent. Muscles may go away, but not the length of the bones in your hands.

no. you may lose mass by losing callus and muscle but the growth won't go away. i remember dating a physical therapist. she was beautiful but had hands like a gorilla. it was disgusting. i like women withe the tiniest of wrists and long fingers. ok so what. it's fetish, but i answered your question.
