I have a 50 year old brick home and I am replacing the gutters. I do not know whether to go with seamless gutters, aluminum gutters, or whatever other kind of gutters there are. I do not know a lot about gutters, but I want them to be easy to clean, long-lasting and I want them not to rust or discolor. I want white gutters to match the rest of the house. I am more concerned with quality than I am with cost, so I am looking at getting a professional company to install them - with a WARRANTY! Any reasonable suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Long-lasting and quality is copper gutters. To get copper gutters you will have to contact a contractor that services the high high end of home renovation as it tends to only be used on very expensive homes.

We particularly desire a photograph... It seems like among the many issues... a million) the groundwork is historic poured concrete... probably repairable via digging out the soil and floor treating, and a sheet of plastic earlier than again filling... two) there is not any slope clear of the apartment, any water would possibly sit down towards the apartment and probably rot out the wooden on most sensible of the groundwork. three) the apartment is developed on sticky clay, and susceptible to settling whilst the clay dries out, and whilst the clay takes in water, the apartment heaves by way of the soil stage emerging... If the inspector warned me to not plant too virtually the apartment, I'd concentrate. Destroy the groundwork, and the apartment will probably be unmarketable.

as u stated u wanted white....go with the seamless aluminum gutters....u will get 20 yrs or better out of them, its all we use and some of the houses go for over a mil so they do look good.....also think about going to 5" instead of 4".makes it easier to clean and gives a nice bold look to the house...
