Lord of the Rings: Return of the King
Because Peter Jackson, as well as the rest of the cast, did such a damned good job on it. They've got the awards to prove how awesome of a movie it is as well!
It's rare that a book-to-movie transpires so well, and this is coming from a booknerd. :p
