i am attracted towards a friend of mine.now i wanan myself to reduce that attraction coz its affecting my life .she does not takes me seriously .i wanna to less my attraction towards her .reply plz

we study in same college and are friend s from 2nd day.so i care for her a lot and she knows that.but due to her past experiences she says she doesnoot want to get emotional so she takes my feelings lightly and that hurts me coz i m not havin fun with her.she is a good friend of mine.i wanna to reduce my attraction nowcoz i dont wnana myself to get more disturbed coz its of no use when u dont get same respecta nd love from that side .waht should i do now.

there is another guy whom he talks to but i hav told her that i dont want that guy 2 ber so close 2 u .but she says i cant ignore him and he is a good guy thats the reason i wanna less my attraction coz i dont want that guy 2 be with her.and i feel bad 2 see him with her.so its better to be less emotional so that it wont hurt

If you're sure that's what you want to do (instead of confronting her about your feelings), then you need to start picking. Really look at her and analyze her. Find all of the little things that you don't like about her (and you will find some), and remind yourself of them when you get that feeling. Also, distance is a great factor in romance/attraction. Try to distance yourself from her as much as possible without necessarily ruining your friendship.

the more you resist,more the feelings persist..it all depends on ur way of thinking..she is ur good frn so m sure u dont want to lose her frnship..wat is needed is a change in ur attitude towards her..treat her as a friend only and respect her decisions..you need not be jealous of anyone coz u as a friend hv a special place in her heart..dont complicate the things n b happy
