the first barbie doll was introduced at Toy Fair in new york city in
1959 .She was created by a woman named Ruth Handler.
Well,i donno how many different Barbies exist,that you might find
on www.littledoll.com .
Would be nice to have that doll,don't you think ?

1950's...Maybe 1954.

You would have to do some research into the Mattel Company to find out how many variations and iterations of Barbie have been perpetuated. Try an internet search.

i used to have the original and I should have kept her...around 1960.. now there are too many but where is Skipper now and Midge?
