Which provider? Verizon? T-Mobile? or a prepaid plan?
Well...if she doesen't talk a lot on her phone then she can get one of those prepaid TracFones at any electronics store.

UK? Tesco have a good range of cheaper branded phones. I bought a basic Nokia for £25 and its suitable for my needs.
