I think he has the whole cousin issue in the back if his head. How do i help him overcome this and to be with me?

I am familiar with this problem, and the question is, how do you know it is OK,when you can't relax and be in a relationship without a thinking if it is right! I'm saying that you should talk with him, only two of you can solve a problem. Just be strong and stand behind what you think is right.

U should not be thinking about being with him.....the age thing is not the issue anyway. I mean that is a concern BUT age is just a number.....HE IS UR COUSIN!!!!!! Do u want 2 end up on a Jerry Springer show??? That is Ur family. Stay away from it. Find some1 else please, Ur family would not b 2 impressed I am sure.

The age does not matter. It is the issue of if he is a 1st cousin or 2nd.

The age gap isn't the problem...him being your cousin is! That's a little sick. He's your father / mothers nephew for gods sake! Find a guy that you're not related to!

You don't specify if he is 1st, 2nd, etc cousin. If he is a 1st cousin, then the answer is No, it is not okay to date your cousin. In most places, you could never marry, as it would be considered incest.
