Nope it's not. Two of my very good friends are 60 and have only been married for 5 years. They are so perfect for each other that it's a shame they found each other so late. Good luck!

No way is it too late! It is never too late to have a relationship with someone to spend the rest of your life with, and by all means 51 is still young enough to do that. My mom is 50, and after 2 divorces found a man who loves her and treats her with respect. She is happier than she has ever been, although it took her a little longer to find it, she did, and now has what her life should have had the whole time. Good luck to you finding someone who will love you for you, and make your life wonderful. Take care and have good day.

It's never to late 2 find true happiness. Don't start out looking 2 get into a relationship. Take some time 2 heal and learn you. List everything u want in a new partner and start dating. Have some fun with it. Remember the 50s are the new 40s. Go 4 it.
Good Luck!

No it's not too late to start a new relationship at 51, but don't rush into a relationship immediately. After the divorce, you need a strong relationship, you don't need just the shoulders to cry on! If you have children, you need to consider that your new partner will accept them and not tear you apart from them. It's not too late, but take your time.

NO! It is never too late. HOWEVER you have to give yourself sometime to heal (even if you want the divorce) and go through the grieving process. You also have to figure out what you did wrong in your marriage (BOTH parties are at fault) and work on your weak points.
Once you are emotionally healthy, you will find your perfect someone!

You should give yourself at least a year to get to know yourself again. I imagine that you have been married for a while. No it is never to late to start a new relationship and good luck to you, I know this is a difficult time but trust me you will come through it and be a better person for having worked through it.

I suggest that before you start another relationship you should stay single for awhile. However, it is never to late to start over again. Some people are destined to stay together forever, some need to meet more than one person.. Take a trip to Europe and enjoy traveling and meeting new people. Good Luck!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

If your really looking for good advice then I will give you what I believe to be true.
First, give yourself about 1 year to get to know who you are. Find the person you have become. This will really enable you to be more to yourself and others. So many people jump into relationships too soon w/o knowing who they have become and the relationship fails.
Good luck.
