A standard English rule states you do not end a sentence with a preposition (to). Another standard English rule states you begin all interrogative statements (questions) with an interrogative word (what). Which rule wins? Turn the question into a statement and analyze the grammar. The statement would be "You listen to what kind of music." So, the question would be, "To what kind of music do you listen? "
