Teaching English as a second language is high on the list in general. Jobs in the sciences, such as math, engineering, and computer science, are also available in countries struggling for technological advancement.

As crazy as it sounds being a English teacher you can travel to many places. I know for sure it is VERY sout after in asia. Unfortunatly it isn't the best or even good working conditions.

Information Technology Government side is pretty good for traveling.
