Well, unless that is a feature of the camera then you can't. Some digital cameras function as webcams, some do not, in fact, most don't. I don't believe in all these all-in-one cameras either as their quality is lacking. You can get a good, not great but a good webcam for about $50 or less.

yes you probably can. just plug it in to the usb like a reg. web cam
