Does anyone have any idea why this is happening?

Someone prints something to a printer.
They get a message saying the print job failed.
About 10 minutes later the item is printed.
This doesn’t happen all the time.

The printing on KM-3035 should be very fast if all settings related with your network are done right !

1. Check the print driver version !

- you must select Monochrome copier/MFP and KM-3035
- select your OS. Download and start the installation ! Will ask you to update the existing driver.

For KM-3035 I recommend printing directly to the printer = install as local printer + create a TCP/IP port (with the IP address of your printer). Some IT admin want the KM-3035 to use a print server = if the server is slow the printing is slow !!!

What is happening to you sounds like a timeout from OS print spooler.
If you reinstall the print driver try not only the updating of existing driver ! Install a second printer (different name) as local printer and create a TCP/IP port (not LPT or server port). See the difference !

Sounds like a connection between computer and printer?

Check out your printer book in the troubleshooting manuel.
