First thing there IS indeed a software that can type while you dictate but I believe its only available in English and even in untrained mode has 94% efficiency!! Its called Speech Recognition software, not sure of the exact name n stuff.

There are few devices which can translate words from popular languages like French, Spanish, German etc to English and vice versa. But the vocabulary and semantics of those devices are limited. Hence wont serve your pupose of learning other languages.

i think of that long repetition of a similar gesture and continuously giving it a similar meaning will some day permit a cat interpret it in a fashion you prefer. My mum and dad experienced their cat to bounce on the settee at their will by using patting the settee. The cat interprets it as invitation. Then I have been given my 2 cats - tabula rasa each and every - and by some means taught them a similar invitation element. And in case you seal your kitty's head with a kiss mutually as showing affection, and affection on my own, i think of she might already interpret it so - or will quickly.
