Why don't penguins' feet freeze?
Penguins have specially adapted blood vessels in their feet to help them cope with standing on cold ice.
The blood vessels supply just enough heat to prevent the penguins freezing to the ice, while at the same time keeping the heat loss to a minimum.
The blood vessels carrying warm blood to the feet are intertwined with those carrying the cold blood back from the feet - in this way the returning blood is warmed and that going to the feet is cooled - thus reducing the overall heat loss.

Penguins reduce blood flow to their feet by varying the diameter of arterial vessels. This keeps their feet a degree or two above freezing, minimising heat loss, while escaping frostbite.

no everyone is wrong we did this last week in school this is the real answer.
Our body temperature is 37 that's only for humans living in normal places..
For animals pengiuns living in or born in anlantic there body temperature is ver lower than ours so when ever they keep the foot in the ice nothing happen..
We we step in a cold place our temperature is 37 goes lower.. for that ice temperature
So the penguins blood vessels are different to humans
