As you run around and exercise, a bar will appear in the corner saying max health increased. pressing L1 will show a stat box in the bottom left hand corner, when your 'max health bar' goes to max, your health bar will get bigger. You can also do the ambulance missions to get a bigger health bar (Press R3 in an ambulance if you didn't know)

Type in the following on your controller to recieve full health, $250,000, and armor:
R1, R2, L1 , X, Left , Down, Right, Up, Left, Down, Right, Up

run around and just get in fights with cops to lower the health bar then it goes up
