I have had a problem with my girlfriend, but I have almost got her round to my way of thinking. Could someone help me - she just needs to know how many calories there are in an average ejaculation of human sperm.

he average ejaculate, laden with between 200 and 300 million sperm, amounts to about about 5 calories.

These are derived from protein, including enzymes, and sugars (mainly fructose) secreted into semen by the prostate gland to provide the sperm with the energy to swim.

Other 'ingredients' present in semen include :

Water
Vitamin C
Citric acid
Phosphate and bicarbonates, to regulate acidity
Zinc
Prostaglandins

For comparison, a greasy cheeseburger contains over 500 calories, so to equal one junk-food attack you'd need to gulp down over 100 ejaculates. Comforting thought..

oh, between 2 to 4 calories at the most. It's like vegetables - tell her they are unlimited and she can have as much as she likes without having to worry about her figure. And then there is also the aerobic benefit of all that exercise!

I think your girlfriend needs help!

An average sexual act will cost her between 100 and 200 Kcal (dependeing on the lenght and her body mass), so she needs not to worry about that one!

about 3-5cals

but it gets better, Sperm has been proven to be a natural moisturiser, because it contains lots of vitamin C and Zinc.

so now not only can she swallow but she can rub it all over her face and chest.

Great News yer?

negligible. In fact the advanced activity of the enzymes in semen actually make it an effective agent in weight loss. Semen is considered to be calorie-negative by dieticians. It is however not strogly recommended for men who should rather drink large amounts of beer to fortify the semen flagellation.
