Why you believe what you believe

Experts on the human mind say that humans are convinced to believe things for four principal reasons:

1. You tend to believe most strongly that which you hear first.

2. If you change, it will most likely be to that which you hear repeated many times.

3. You next tend to believe that which you want to believe or that which fits your already conceived ideas or notions.

4. Lastly, humans are least likely to believe that which is logical and makes sense, especially if it contradicts what they hear most!

Interesting, isn’t it? Since the truth serves no one’s purpose and is seldom repeated, most people are left believing only that which serves someone’s purpose. By definition, that means they are left believing a lie. Unless you understand this and guard against it, you will be endlessly confused for most of your life.

And just to keep you happy, hear for your entertainment is

The biggest conspiracy theory of them all

The biggest conspiracy theory is that 19 Arabs, who had been under surveillance, conspired together, walked onto four commercial aircraft without being detected, and without having their names appear on a passenger list. Then that they could overcome over 250 people with plastic box-cutters. And not only that, but with no previous experience of flying large jets, they could navigate from 30,000 feet and hit three out of four targets precisely, meantime conducting flying manoeuvres that fighter pilots would find difficult. Then, the amazing thing is that 7 of them survived the events and are known to be alive today.
Also for the first time ever in history, three, not two, but three steel framed buildings collapsed as a result of fire which could not possibly have burned hot enough to melt steel, and caused the buildings not to topple over, as one might expect, or to fall a little at a time, but to fall within their own footprint at the speed of gravity. And one of those buildings (WTC7) was not even hit by a plane.
Not only that, but the four aircraft disappeared completely without a trace of their 16 large engines, or any of the black boxes. This has also never before happened in history.

This theory is so amazingly full of holes that it is impossible for any sane thinking person to believe, yet that is what the official 9/11 commission report.says.

No, illegal aliens came in and stole the World Trade towers at night. Of course, it happened and what is the official story? The bloggers keep pitching some consipiracy theory because we stupid americans love consipiracies. It was nothing more than what it was...the terrorists planned and executed an attack. Frankly I am surprised it took them as long as it did. To those asking what Bush did the 8 months prior...why don't you go back farther and ask what clinton did which was nothing they killed 50 soldiers his answer "fire one cruise missle" he was a spineless coward that the media loved and the libs loved. He was willing to compromise our morals. Bush is not the best president and he doesn't always do the smartest things but at least he isn't gutless. Quit searching for conspiracies and realize that we are in a religious war. It just is what it is....usually the simplest explanation is the true explanation.

Yes very much so.
I have said before, we need to remember the point that the attack happened.
When the police found the cars and the units where these terrorists had been living, evidence was left behind on their computers and paper work on how they were to shave off their beards dress like Americans so that they would merge into the culture and not be noticed.
It also came out that they had been having flying lessons.
Also the interview at the time with the two young women who had been living near these men and their reaction when they found out who they were.

Yes I certainly do. No one in our government had anything to gain by murdering 3000 people and bringing about such chaos, heartbreak and destruction. 9/ll ended any innocence that remained in this Country and we will never be the same. Only hoodlums would want that.

Their will always be people who take delight in believing everything is a conspiracy but that just is not the case for 9/11.

Yes, Al Qaeda did the attack, but the Commission Report minimized the inaction of the Bush administration for the 8 months prior. Bush sat in that Florida classroom staring blankly for 8 minutes after Andy Card told him that the second plane had hit the WTC. This was typical of how his people had reacted to intelligence on Al Qaeda threats to that point. Anyway he sat there and let others handle everything. There were still 2 suicider planes in the air!

Read "The New Pearl Harbor" It is an insightful account of all the anomalies related to 9/11. It should have been stopped, but wasn't. And that plane that hit the Pentagon. That hole could not have been made by a plane. Too many things wrong with the whole picture.....

I beleive what I saw on tv, it was an attack by terrorists for sure, who they were I am uncertain of, will if any coverup took place come out in the wash, maybe someday after we are all dead and gone, but if it was a cover up they did a good job. We can't undo 9/11 but we can learn from it.

Oh properly, as properly the finished crock of **** he cooked up? not something. I recommend, IRAQ? heavily? They in no way had something to do with it. It replaced into perpetrated by making use of Saudis, Egyptians, a Lebanese guy, all of whom have been funded by making use of Saudis, and knowledgeable in Saudi Arabia. i don't think of 9/11 replaced into an interior job, in spite of the fact that, i think of Bush used it to the excellent of his understanding to assist his pals at Haliburton get some drilling contracts over there in Iraq. the only reason we did not invade the Saudis is using the fact they have a extra effecient oil drilling operation happening. in the event that they did not, that they had be those a mile deep in rubble and the bodies of thier brothers.
