Health problems? Medications? Both can cause lack of interest in sex. I think hormones and pre-menopause can do that too. Many couples hit a phase in their lives when there is less sex. Maybe you hit yours?
The question and the added statement looks like you want it to be only her fault and I just want to say it takes two to tango.

Sounds like she needs a "purpose" If you're waking up in the morning with nothing to challenge or stimulate your mind it will eventually spill over to your sex life. You begin to feel not so good about yourself. If she does nothing, she probably lacks energy and interest in anything. She's more or less shut down. She could too be lacking hormonally. As for your age x # sexual encounters, 3-4 times per year is sad, sad, sad! So no, it's not normal. Tell her to get help. Figure out the problem.

It can be normal with some couples, married or not. Sometimes things in the relationship gets to comfortable, or stale. Spice it up a bit, plan something you know will light a spark.
The not cleaning and cooking could be another issue altogether. Has she always been like that? If she hasn't depression could be the reason.

I have heard that is pretty common, but for me personally I would be very sad if that were the case with me. I love to have sex every day. Maybe you should ask her why she isn't interested, and ask her what you can do to help her be more interested in a more intimate relationship. Get to know eachothers bodies, I couldn't imagine only having sex 3-4 times a year, gosh we sometimes have sex 3-4 times a day! I would definately talk about what you can do to make you both happy in your sex life.

Very abnormal, I would have thought. I assume you mean sex with each other.
She sounds like a lazy cow to me. Introduce regular beatings.
