Are they reliable?

If they are, did he predict 9/11?

And according to him, when is the exact date of the "end days?"

Cayce predicted the second coming of Christ in 1998 (Nostradamus gave the date 1999). Cayce also suggested 1000 earth years of spiritual warfare starting in 1999, the end of which would be the end of days. He also foresaw a WWIII somewhere in the Middle East and southern Pacific. I don't recall any forewarning of the 9/11 tragedy.

I have some books by Edgar Cayce, but I haven't looked at them for years. He made many predictions that failed. Other answerers mention some of them, so I won't repeat that. I'll add that he said Atlantis would rise again in 1968. His rising of Atlantis and end of days have both failed to materialize. I don't recall anything about 9/11, but some con men can probably manufacture something as was done with Nostradamus' nonsense. You must realize that Edgar Cayce, Nostradamus, Jean Dixon, Revelation, the Mayan calendar, Hindu cycles, etc. are all quite unreliable.

You need to check out the books or translations of books by the different clairovoyants throughout history before you make any judgements.

I read the books on his life and his profecies so long ago I have forgotten. They were quite interesting. You need to read them for yourself to get the info you need.
