It's called the Butterfly Effect.
A simple flutter of a butterfly's wing can change the temperature or course of the wind across the world.
So... wave your arms around. Dance a little bit. Blow bubbles. Do something to change the course of the wind.
I can't guarantee it'll change the weather where you're at.
But it could change the temperature of a lonely kid in China.

I simply change the TV channel if I don't like the weather forcast untill I get one that I like. 10 Weather Channels = 10 diff. forcast. Can't beat it. LOL
