The trick is to have a carrier bag. A lot of toilets have a gap between the base of the door and the floor. Security guards or police can peer under and then see two pairs of feet. So one guy sits on the loo, and the other guy, feet inside the bag, fellates. Any snoopers just see one pair of feet and a carrier bag. Apparently.
