Uh well season 3 just started but abc.com does web broadcasts of the show after they air. You dont have to pay for it and you dont have to download anything. Just go to abc.com and find it from there.

try limewire.com DON'T try morpheus it gives you viruses.limewire is a p2p file sharing community completely free of spyware and viruses. you can download music, images, videos and lots more from limewire. The best bit is that it is all for free! limewire is legal as long as you dont download copies of songs, movies etc. you will know if some thing is a copy because it will say "copy of ......" in the title of it.

i got it off torrentspy.com and i live in england. u can try limewire too, but there are a lot of fakes on there, i downloaded it 3 times there and they were all episodes from earlier series'!
torrentsp.com is free and so is limewire

I tries lime wire and just got the season previews and they took ages to down load so don't bother with that
