Break Ya Neck by Busta Rhymes or Gangsta's Paradise by Coolio. I think the best rapper is Ludacris.

Duh... the original that started it all.. RAPPERS DELIGHT!
or any that you could still play 20 years from now, and still the heads bobbin and people dancin. that's very few sadly... Dre.. Tupac... Biggie... a few others will last. Also I'm counting the idiots that are going to choose this question just to trash the genre... (I think 3 so far?)
regardless, you'll be listening to all of these responses to this question 20 years from now on your oldies station while you're driiving your kids to soccer/baseball/band practice while they complain about the old crap you're listening to and you fire back with why you don't understand the noise they're listening to and back in the day you had REAL music like laffy-taffy.. *sigh* life is a loop.

Hip Hop songs just steal from the Funk - so to find the very best is to look to the original Funk back in the days. Specially check P-Funk out and you will understand what is all about.... hip hop is so boring compared with the origin uncut Funk of the 70`s !
