Everyone IDEA on what rich is will be different.
If you consider having millions of dollars just laying around rich then NO I am not rich.
If you feel having more assets than liabilities then YES I am rich.
If you consider good health to be a richness then YES I am rich so far.
If you consider having alot of "STUFF" and a huge house is rich then NO I am not rich. I don't want the STUFF... I want the money!
I got to where I am simply by working and saving everything. While others were out shopping I was spending too but I chose to spend it on the mortgage and pay it off early! I would save adn make double and triple payments IF and when I did have a loan. Now I save up and pay cash and save even more due to not having to pay all that interest!! Now I am in my 30's and do not have to work hard for the money I socked away works hard for me. I will however, work forever, for I am not one to sit in a chair and just stair at the wall. If I can keep it coming in then I can keep doing for others.

as I once heard a random black gentleman on a radio talk show say:
"if you got enough money to do what you want to do, you a very rich man"
I am not technically rich, but I have a fat savings account, zero debt, and a good job so do not worry about money at all.. I feel rich..
like the other postman said.. live on less than you make!

It depends on what you do. There are many ways to say you are rich. I think even the riches man in the world will not think he's rich because he wants to be richer.To me being free is rich.I work from home in shorts and T-shirts and sometimes topless. I have all the freedom I need. The only thing that tied me down is 'how much income I want or need' I create new page for my websites everyday. The more websites I have will determine how much income I can get. Anyone who can type and can create websites or blogs can make money. Blogger.com lets you create blogs for free and allows you to make money too. If you can create websites or blogs and can type, you can make online money online easily. You may make money by publishing Google Adsense on your websites. If you have a website or a web-blog, you could make money by publishing advertisements on your site (by google). If someone clicks on those ads, you will earn money. If you don't have a website, you may start creating web-blogs like blogger.com (mostly free) with advertisements (google ads) on it. Some free websites don't allow you to publish google adsense because they are doing it themself. I had received too many yahoo violation notices, so, I'll better not post my own url here. i come by this new blog which I think is good. I'm not rich but comfortable. The secret? And it took me the 1st 30 years of my life to work this out, it's so simple, please don't think I'm patronising and don't think it's too simple to work.
So here it is............... spend less than you earn! That's all there is to it! The problem most people have is they spend every penny they earn and even more by way of credit. I did this for the 1st 30 years then thought hold on, this is no way to live. Now I spend less than I earn and am comfortable. Before you say to me 'try living on what I earn mate' I should tell you that I am a postman, that's all.

I am rich. I set up my own furniture business 10 years ago and have worked my blummin' socks off ever since.
Although since I discovered Yahoo questions, I do considerably less work.

Yes I am very rich...I have good health ,a sound mind and I have a place that I call home and a beautiful family that loves me very much..So YES !! I am very rich aren't you :)
