I doubt it... all questions have answers if u think really hard about them. It may be that a particular person is unable to say anything at all in response to a certain question but somebeody else might come up with some kind of answer. I don't think human imagination can go so far as to come up with a question no one can answer... wittingly or otherwise.

There are Buddhist questions called "koans" that aren't really supposed to have answers.

Example:

Question: What is the sound of one hand clapping:
Answer: The sound of one hand clapping, is the sound of one hand clapping.

They are supposed to help you clear your mind and feel "simplified."

Though, I agree with the posters who said everything has an answer, even if it's a WRONG answer.

there must always be an answer to eachquestion unless it is not a question. the answer will be based on the question that is to say that a stupid question gets a stupid answer.

no not really.....
answers may not be correct, or merely speculation, on the part of the answerer...
but they are still answers,
i.e. i will ask my son who will win the premiership, he will answer Arsenal..
but he will be wrong, its just hope on his part?
