Use bleach to get the black or mold off of the wall then use lysol either spray or cleaner to kill the bacteria and just spray the area frequently to help control the mold spores. Lysol is the only thing that will kill the mold spores, unless you hire professional help. but, like all of the others said you should get your walls checked for moisture and get your roof checked for leaks to see where the problem is coming from because mold can cause all kinds of medical problems and even kill.

I think you should seek professional help. Mold is a serious thing and can lead to illness and death. I would not try to clean it beause it will only stir up the spores. If you do be sure to wear a mask so you don't breath it. Clorox should work but it equally as dangerous to your lungs.

If it is a recurring problem, you need to get a surveyor in to check for structural causes. Could be a leaking roof or gutter, or something else letting damp into the wall. Fix that first, and think about improving the ventilation.

you need to use bleach to get rid of mold, fill a pail with water and bleach and scrub until it is all gone.If it comes coming back you need to see where the condensation is coming from because it could become a health hazard.
