There is a theory that sometimes the ocean floor releases large quantities of gases, which then rise to the surface through the water, if a ship is above in the path of these gases it will lose buoyancy and sink, the Bermuda Triangle may be an area where this gas release phenomenon is more prevalent.

The Bermuda Triangle, even nevertheless it attracts a lot of interest, isn't something extra suitable than a area quite populated with the aid of algae. I the previous days (1400's-1800's) ships might decelerate plenty that they might somewhat be moving. they might run out of aspects, and at last the group might die off. to no longer point out scattered rocks and reefs that would sink the occasional deliver. without word from a deliver that's reportedly sunk, all of them theory the area replace into haunted. except you're driving in a sailboat or yet another style of deliver that's susceptible to those disadvantages, you would be high quality. Our warships are the only frightening element there.

Yes, it is an unexplained phenomena. I just recently watched a show on the discovery channel about this subject. It is not just ships, but planes disappear too.

Not really. Most flight plans and ships steer clear of the area.
