...do you think if I gathered all the stray cats from the neighbourhood and kept them in my bedroom tonight it would keep it warm?

If I were you I'd go out and pull instead, you know how stingy cats can be, they'd keep all their body heat for themselves.

The kinetic energy from several unhappy cats would heat a large building. I suggest putting on some warm jammies and throwing on a few blankets. We went 8 days in the middle of winter one time doing this.

heating at night has not been around very long probable less than 100 years so do what people done in the past thermals water bottle or hot pan and warm bedding. which can be done by placing in front of a fire or near a heater make shore its far enough
e away so not to catch fire .the draw back you have to make the bed before you get in it .

youd be better of gettting a few human beings from your neighbourhood to warm u up, yanno all that body heat

a hot water bottle might be a better idea than bringing in random cats from the neighbourhood who may well be carrying all sorts of germs and diseases.

the smell might take your mind off being cold , get an electric heater till your heating gets fixed they always come in handy during the winter
