when i used a pen i often griped it to hard
this bent my finger and made it hard and sore
train yourself to press softer

before you use computer relaxe your hands by shaking them
while relaxing them this will make the blood flow...

shake it on your bone ... it helps get the blood flowin ...

if necessary tun your thumb and fingers over the other fingers and thumb one by one squeezing then firmly this really is a good massage technique !

do the same every hour and take a short brake then and walk outside in the sun shine

I have a Trackball mouse and I wouldn't give it up for the world.
Try using a different finger for awhile and see if that helps, otherwise, you may really want to invest into the Trackball type mouse.

mine gets sensitive because i use a laptop with the touch mouse .my son had bought these nike finger sleeves and i tried one of them cost about £1.50 for 4 .
