I do not know where you are working. It is very simple to give a salary certificate. Let there be two columns, one showing the amounts the employer is eligible to receive, under various heads, basic pay, and various allowances and the other column for deductions, if any. Finally, show the gross salary, which is the sum total of the figures shown at the first column and under the second column show the total amount of deductions. Finally, show the net salary, which is the amount arrived at after adjusting the deductions from the gross salary.

generallly every office/ organ have a proforma suits to them.
first give employee details (e.p.no name disagnition, etc,. & deduction pf (epf) insurance (if any at source)etc..,)
give details of earnings(left) & deductions (R)
show home taking salary .
& any relevent & spl to dept to be considerd.
better have uniformly.
