Bearing in mind my keen interest in PC along with technology in general & equally within the Gadgets as well.
Bearing this in mind, which particular regular magazine could I possibly subscribe to.
I want some magazine that's NOT too expensive i.e. less than £10 /month. I wouldn't mind subscribing to monthly OR quarterly magazine, since the quality rather take preference than the quantity itself.
So far I've subscribed to "Which Computing" magazine, which I think has quarterly edition. I'm thinking to have PC Plus as well, which I believe has monthly edition & I reckon the price itself is around £6/month (or per edition, if it's not monthly based magazine).
Could anyone around point me in the right direction as which magazine they use or could recommend me, including it's price, edition frequency (monthly/quarterly) & more importantly, the variety of things that get covered (Computers, Gadget, Technology in general) ???

Ok, not to seem stupid but you are sitting with your computer, using the worlds largest resource on pretty much any subject and you want to know which magazine to pick? Are you pretty clued up on PC's and you want to keep up to date with PC's or are you new and want to learn? Both can be done on the Internet and they are updated much more frequently than a website is.
PC Pro is a good magazine (Good range of everything), so is PC Format (More the gaming side though). For Gadgets I would say T3 mag but most are monthly.
Use the Internet!

I subscribe to http://www.magazinesubscriptionsipc.com/ipc/subs/subsorder.asp?title=xwu&promcode=iwufy&ctryid=238 which comes out fortnightly at a cost of £1.95 per issue but it's cheaper if you subscribe and it arrives two days before it's on the shop shelves. It may be thinnish but it isn't bunged up with adverts and has all you need to know. They also have an online forum which is great for any help you need (or you can also contribute in helping others!) and that is here: http://www.webuser.co.uk/forums/ubbthreads.php/Cat/0

Mac, domicile windows, Linux, UNIX - all of them have their reward and disadvantages. domicile windows Vista in basic terms has extra risks than the different working equipment to hit the marketplace in the final decade (different than domicile windows ME, yet it rather is yet another horror tale...) whilst it comes right down to it, Microsoft has lagged in the back of the two the Open source community, Open Stand and Apple for years, in terms of stability, ease of use, consumer journey, and high quality of utility. Even domicile windows XP is rated extra beneficial than Vista is.
