Given your taste in music (which is excellent, may I say!) I would suggest you check out Madder Rose and Hope Sandoval & The Warm Intentions.
A little off the beaten track but really very good!

chill out music dosent need to be electronic although on that note the orb "live 93 is amazing if only for "little fluffy clouds"
