Probably. You need to go slow and use lots of lube. I suggest using a smooth medium size vibrator in that area during foreplay to kinda loosen things up and also so she's not so tense! Use lots of KY, don't use spit or vaseline! Go slow with the vibrator until she's into it, and then work it into her till she's relaxed, then you can slip yourself in.
