Uk cars pull slightly to the left and american cars pull slightly to the right. if the driver loses conscious the car will drive towards the kerb rather than into on coming traffic.

I think that your problem could be down to you using the wrong size tyres which magnifies this effect

Is it just at certain speeds say 50-60 mph if so this could be aquaplaning. I would say 18" tires are a bit to big for a focus therefore the weight of the car approx 1050kgs is not heavy enough for the tyres. Are the alloys mint that is the main thing. I like the focus st170 as it is discreet yet very powerful and will rip the p+ss out of shitron saxo,s and corsa,s. Do you like the new focus st they have 225bhp 2.5litre engine they look sweet in 3dr form and in orange. Have you checked all the tyre pressures are correct this MAY help.

how interesting that the first answer went on to slag off saxo!s
what a prat ,.ive had the same problem,,,yes it could be the discs , or the pads , or the wheels ,,but take the cheapest option first,,,and swop the front two wheels and tyres to the rear and the rears to the front ,i took mine in for the same problem , and swopping them around solved the prob.
other than that ,, the wider tyres cause more contact with the road ,and will seem worse than the thinner ones ,
Does it pull to the left, whithout braking ,,(you dont say)
if it does it when braking ,, it might well be either the left or the right brake set up,,ie-the left disc could be metal to metal and gripping like mad ,,or the right one has a hydro leak,,causing it to not come on very good ,its not a big deal ,, so dont let it take over your life,,in the end my friend ,, its a car
