I always take paracetamol (or aspirin if I have a temperature)

Its much cheaper than the so-called cold remedies, which often contain the same drug but with other fancy things that you don't need!

And drink lots of warm (not hot) drinks, and increase your vitamin C.

Chicken soup also works wonders!!

Get well soon!

3. Avoid going to the crowded place.
4. Not using household products together with others such as towels to avoid ransmitting virus from person to person.

remedy for a cold or flu:
onion syrup------------------
sounds awful but it's great and it really works. boil 2 cups of hot water with 2 tablespoonfuls of sugar to each cup of water .with 1 large onion for ten minutes. strain in a bowl and set aside in refrigerator for 1 hour. take 2 tablespoonful every 4 hours as needed. you will sweat the cold out of your body because onions are a good source of antioxidants. put your sweats on and begin to get rid of the cold or the flu in one day no less. this home remedy really works.

good remedies for the common cold: tissues and anti social behaviour! the reason you have the cold is due to a lack of white blood cells fighting off that bug, once they have been made they will attack the bug and you will feel better, if you continue your daily routine you are open to get more bugs, making your body take longer to fight them all off, until you have built up your immunity you are open to them while you are ill.

what you need is a good hot totty:
Hot tea, dollop of honey....my mother always said a shot of whisky and a squeese of lemon........
but if you dont like whisky you can use a shot of.."Ciclo'n"(its Bicaardi Gold rum,Infused with Blu Agave Tequila and natural lime flavor)I think it tastes better and lol.....sure goes down eaiser.
a warning tho:....it will put you out and make you sweat buckets....but it kicks the 'H' out of a cold! Hope this helps!
