i am having problems with my sony ps-2,and my psp.

For Televisions and Home Audio/Video Products:
Call 1-800-222-7669, follow the (English) voice path for your product, or select the option for Spanish support
Hours: 9:00AM to 10:00PM EST Monday - Friday and 10:30AM to 7:15PM EST Saturday

For VAIO Computers:
Call 1-888-476-6972 and select the option for Spanish support
Hours: 11:00AM to 8:00PM EST Monday - Saturday

f you need assistance and live outside the United States or have a product purchased outside of the United States, go to Global Home and then choose your country.

Depends where you got them from and how long you have had them. Check with the store you got them from first and then its off to Sony with you if you have no luck at the shop. When you mean problems, you need to be more specific because it could be something covered by your warranty. As long as you have not tried to hack/mod it at all.

First find any receipts for the consoles, then get to your shop, then off to Sony if you have no luck.

I tried to contact sony by internet at[ www.sony.com ] their web site about my PS-2 not playing any disc that is blue in color ....never got a answer or a response from them , there is a phone number in the owner's manual to call with questions or problems, I just never got around to try it....

you can go to sony website and try to locate your nearest dealer and then make a complaint
