You cannot "induce" menstruation. Regular exercise of 20 minutes a day and eating right (check out the RDI's at the WHO [world health organisation] website) can help your cycle to be regular. Stress, lifestyle change, and weight loss can all result in delayed periods or amenorhea (ceased menstruation). If your sexually active pregnancy is also a possibility.
Consider whether you have had any of the usual signs you get when your period is approaching (these symptoms differe between women).
It may be an idea to see your doctor for a low dose oestrogen, oestrogen progesterone, or just progesterone pill. These can also help to make periods regular.

I find that taking a long walk can bring on your period it has worked for me a couple of times
Why are you worried, is it because you think you may be pregnant than take a pregnancy test
If you are concerned about health issues you should speak to a doctor or nurse

I dont think there is anything you can do to get your body to start a period especially if your already late. If your a week or longer with out your period i would suggest a pregnancy test. If you are not pregnant, make an appointment with your doc/gyno for some bc to regulate your periods.

Are you sure you're not pregnant? You can't 'induce' a period... go see your doctor for a pregnancy test.

I would do jobs that make my body work hard or play with myself using a sex toy.
