It is their own hypocrisy they will be suffocating on. They always claim that they are the moral ones, taking the high-road; standing for family values, righteousness and soak themselves in red, white and blue.

The scandals of Foley and Hastert show the big, ugly underbelly (no pun intended) of the GOP and the Bush junta. If poking a bit at the surface will turn up such ugliness, what do you think will come to light when we would actually have access to the presidential papers that George H.W. Bush is hiding illegally in this "library"?

The world would be stunned.

No, they are going down because (1) bush lied about everything (2) Bush got us into unwinnable wars (3) Bush lost Americans jobs (4) bush has not defended the borders (4) Bush has destroyed the economy (5) Bush turned a budget surplus into an history budget deficit that your great grandkids will have to pay (6) Bush manipulated the price of oil for his cronies (7) Bush has no foreign leadership, which is one is his primary roles (8) the US has lost prestige all around the world (9) Bush has pushed health care out of the reach of the infirm and elderly (10) Bush made it more difficult to declare bankruptcy to even after you lose your job due to Bush you are still indebted forever (11) Bush continues to push tax cuts for the top 2% of wealthiest people while making the middle class suffer (12) Bush refuses to leave a failed Iraq strategy because he doesn't want to lose face and his friends are all war profiteers, and it is costing American lives (13) Bush outed an undercover CIA operative during a time of war, thus aiding the enemy, for purely political reasons (14) Oh yeah, the GOP congress reads like a membership list from NAMBLA. Thats a good starter list. Anyone else add to it?

You have no idea of the sexual arrogance of those in power -- Clinton, Foley, Jimmy Swaggart -- unbelievable. They all think they'll never get caught.

The Republicans' fault is not that it happened, but that they covered it up. Equally arrogant, they believe that they were born to power, put there by Jesus.
