Dear,
Its not gold bar just a cream colour bar.The cream colour bar with written text messages appears to the top of the Internet Explorer when u click the download option on the webpage....remember only when u click the download option in the webpage otherwise it wont be visible. 2 options usually comes inside the bar.
Option 1: Install Active X
Option 2: Download file.
You can see any of the options inside that bar when u right click on it with your mouse.Just accept those options then u will be forwarded to download.Thats all..
In some rare cases u have to accept both,in such cases first it will show the first option and after accepting it it will pop up for the 2nd option.Actually its because your windows firewall/norton firewall/antispyware software installed on the system is blocking the active x and download option for more safety.

ok, I asked the same question over and over, and there is no gold bar!....assuming you are having the same problems as I was, your using Internet Explorer, if so, and if your security will not allow you to view things, like just white boxes with little x's in them instead of the pictures or video's, it's the internet explorer browser, (which I don't understand all of that, however)...I was told to use Firefox as a browser, my question was can you have more than one browser, and the answer was yes, so I did it, and let me tell you the difference with Firefox is unreal. You can do all sorts of things that with IE you can't....type in Google Firefox, and download it...It will let you install flash player in an instant, and you will see an immediate difference. Follow the directions, and you will be able to do alot more....if you type in the Ask a question box here, you will see similar questions to this, and should find the direct link to Firefox......enjoy

go to cartoonnetwork.com. search there tom and jerry so they will ask you for adobe flash player. So you can download it there.
no need of gold bar clicking!!!!!!!!
