Yes, there being two varieties.
Cowgirls in the sense of being the female counterpart of cowboys, that is, people who either are actually involved in the business of raising cattle or who copy the sartorial style and personal mannerisms of those who do.
Cowgirls in the sense of girls who look like cows because, thru the use of surgery and silicone, they have enlarged their breasts to the size of the udders on a dairy cow. The Dallas Cowboy Cheerleaders are of this type.
