Urinal and condom manufacturers would be hit hard. TV sports shows would have a dramatic ratings drop. The streets would be safer, but the mall more bitchy.

If men got wiped out then eventually the human race would cease to exist unless evolution and/or major leaps in science were made to continue the reproduction of humans. If the human race was able to continue the world would change in so many significant ways almost overnight. Governments would collapse and have to be rebuilt since most of the leaders and politicians are men. Military would probably no longer exist. New tools would have to be created and skills would have to be learned by women that currently none or almost no women do. Cultures would be seriously altered. Fashion, religion, media, laws, etc. would all change. A lot of disease and starvation would be wiped off of the face of the earth. A lot less overcrowding and competition for space on the planet. A lot less violent crimes would be committed.

This is a peculiar question. I suppose that if men (meaning males) were "wiped out", guessing by some disease that attacks the Y chromosome, then women would have the onus of continuing society.
I suspect that given the lack of spermatozoa, women would need to find an alternative method of reproduction. Cloning would be a possibility, but in general that would lead to genetic stagnation. (There's a reason sexes evolved.) My guess is that one woman's ovum could have the genetic information extracted and implanted into another woman's ovum, allowing for genetic diversity. At first this would require a laboratory procedure, but eventually women might find a way do this naturally, allowing for reproductive lesbianism. I suspect that this would be a major undertaking, otherwise it might have happened already!
Beyond that, I suppose that society would be adapted to women's needs. That is, lots of public bathrooms, the creation of "feel tanks" as opposed to think tanks, the end of heavy objects on tall shelves, and the elimination of spiders as a species. :-) (Note: not really serious here; just playing on some stereotypes.)

Boy, a bunch of primitives answered. Only Semi-Mad got it right.
My guess would be that women would clone, or at least reproduce through in-vitro. Of course, with no Y guys around, they would not be making any men, but they would be able to fertilize their eggs (their own and those of others) with genes from other eggs.
Heck, the main difference would be that "lesbianism" would become the norm. Otherwise, I figure they'd continue to run the world just as badly as men have. Nation-states, armies, pollution, and overpopulation.
But maybe they'd learn something from the experience and actually become an intelligent species.
