Alittle more information would be welcome friend. I'm assuming your asking
A: is there viruses for mobile phones
B: If so, do they sap batteries.

The answer to the first is yes, there are phones out there that can be affected by viruses.

B: Do they sap batteries? Only indirectly i'd guess by causing the phone to bear a heavier processing and thus sap juice

Yes, the known viruses for Symbian S60 phones (the Cabir and CommWarrior virus families are the most widespread ones) continuously try to send themselves to the nearby phones via Bluetooth. This has the side effect of seriously draining the batteries. But currently there is no known mobile malware that drains the batteries on purpose, in order to cause damage - instead of as a side-effect of its attempts to spread.
