You can sue for almost anything, no guarantees it will succeed in court though, and this one definitely wouldn't.

That's why the Church takes a long time to verify miracles, apparitions of Mary, and other extra-ordinary events. They want to make sure that there is nothing of the man-made or satanic about what has taken place. And far more events are rejected as being purely human or demonic in nature than are accepted as manifestations of God's power. The remaining miracles and apparitions can be safely believed as being of heavenly origin. . .but only *if* the individual chooses to believe in them. Private revelations -- even ones such as Lourdes or Fatima -- don't carry the same weight as formal doctrine, and we can accept or reject them, just as we choose. That's why Catholic men of God can sleep at night. :)

Hahahhahaaa! NO! One false alarm could be put down to anything. Lots of false alarms and it's probably your wiring or some other fault you ought to be looking into. That's just you being lazy and trying to unfairly blame someone else AND get money out of them, how avaricious. I hate this blame culture that some people seem so eager to adopt. You might be more worried about your neighbours sueing you for keeping them awake and not doing anything about it.

It is, sadly, people like you who has made modern legal system such a dark part of society. A flast alarm? Come on, you can't be serious. But if you are, then it is 6 months of pleadings for you and valuable court resources to hear your case, then, and ONLY then, do the trial actually begin, which of course, takes up even more time, money, and resources just so that you can get that $100k cheque in your pocket. Because of you, criminals will remain free and unpunished for an extra 6 month, innocent people will not be able to recieve access to legal aid because of you, and other people who's rights have truly been infringed will not be able to assert their rights, and then go online and start bitching about it. That is what this law case will do to you. Oh, btw, if I was the judge, I would kick the case so fast you won't be able to say, "can we settle?"

That's ridiculous. You chose to have the alarm put in. No one forced you to do it. That's like people suing McDonalds for making them fat.
