IGNOU ,Ambedkar open university, and Annamalai university give MCA through distance education. The fee is low and almost every bank loans that amount for easy repayment. In India if you belong to SC , ST ,or BC even that fee is probaby waived or bank loan is easier.

There are government grants available (no re-payment) also government loans (low interest) which you don't begin paying back until 6-12 months after completing your degree (this allows time to find a job in your field). You can contact the college you plan to attend and they will give you more information about the grant and student loan programs. Even online degree programs have financial aid available...so GO 4 IT!!! Best of luck to you!

Anyone can get a good deal on ANYTHING, you just have to spend some time "shopping" around. Get ready to fill out pounds of paper work but the aide is out there you just have to find it. Maybe start with the government aid, then local government, then go to your local college and ask what scholarships are available to you. They should have a list. Lastly go talk to a counselor from the college, they can tell you all you need to know

Because they want to waste it on something like defense spending. The government doesn't pay for your college education unless you're poor, and the property taxes you pay go to k-12 education. It wouldn't kill the government to reallocate money toward paying for college for everyone that wants to go.

There are many sources. You can even try going up to the school that you want to apply...they'll run your eligibility through many programs, and will set you up with the one that fits. Or even call FAFSA, they're very helpful.
Hope everything works out.

You can't just walk in and ask for one. You'll have to apply for scholarships/grants/loans, just like the rest of us.
