Oil and dirt causes pimples. Hormones can also cause them, and they are also involved in the highly-driven teen angst actions that continue long into adulthood (such as masterbation), but, the act of masturbation itself does not neccessarily cause pimples. It only causes embarrassment if you get caught doing it, though!!

I don't think it does. But if you have zits apply white vinegar to the zit at bed time and it is usually gone by morning!
