dont waste your time getting it tested.....if you are sure it is fake then just leave negative feedback stating item was FAKE.....unfortunately nothing you do will sway ebay to cancel this user......the worst they may get is a suspension.....you can report it as fake too ebay through the resolution centre and also make your claim from paypal......

Before you leave negative feedback, if you want your money back it might be worth telling the seller that, unless they do give you a refund, you will firstly leave negative feedback and then take the perfume to the police. As you are aware, it is illegal to sell counterfeit goods and the police may be very interested to know where it's coming from.
If they sold the perfume in good faith, believing it to be the genuine article, surely they won't want their feedback to be affected by it ? Once you have given the negative feedback you have lost your bargaining tool so 'speak' to them first.
If you were to take it to the police, they may be able to tell you if it's real or not - they have a lot of intellignce in this field when dealing with major counterfeiters.

In the first instance leave negative feedback stating the perfume is fake - that will put other buyers off. If you want it tested take it to trading standards at your local council offices. However, the seller could be telling the truth in that its the real deal coz sometimes it depends on how its been stored. If perfume has been subject to very high or very temperature in storage it can cause it to go off whic can change the colour and fragrance and become nasty smelling.

you will have to go through paypal to claim your money back, and leave feedback accordingly to warn other people that they are selling fake goods.
and you could report the seller to ebay for selling counterfeit goods/ you can search this process in the ebay help section

Its really annoying getting ripped off on ebay but its the risk you take!
Some you win, some you lose!
You could try checking out Trading standards. They might be interested?

i did - because they are much cheaper and can be bought in bulk so you can do as many tests as you like! and YES they work, probably not as sensitive as some chemist ones, but will still show a very very faint line early on. I got a very faint positive result the day before my period was due. good luck!

It's just perfume, why the hell would you go through the trouble of testing if it's real? Just give him a bad rating and buy somewhere else.
