You will need a crash helmet and some leathers to protect your legs if you come off your bike. That is the gear you should be in.

An impossible question to answer.
Depends if your going up hill, down or on the flat.
Depends on the corner, 90 degree? 70 degree? 120?
Depends on how you approach the corner and how much speed to take into the corner, even what gear your in as you approach.
There are so many others, what about the ground you are on? is it bumpy? wet? Dry? Frozen?
Practise, practise, practise and then you'll do all this instinctively.
Give best answer to guy above with the clothing answer, that was funny.

well the dude talking about the degrees of corners and **** doesn't have a clue!! you would need to where all the gear to be safe cause you never know when a guy will take you out or you miss a rut and lose control of the bike so i would go full attire!!

it really all depends on how big your balls are!! AND, how many gears you have on your motorcycle!!
it is most likely that it would be at least one gear less than the gear you were in when you were coming into the turn, as you would/should downshift coming into the turn..
