my mom is super thin I know what ur talking about. Just try to keep your iron level up and eat meat more (for protein) and youll be fine. fibers like plums are also good.

well it really depends on ur genes. if you have a line of really skinny people in your family then thats in ur genes. if you dont eat like at all then thats called annerexia and is very serious.
