Just the other day, I went to go search for some regular nighttime face lotion. All I found was Neutrogena Healthy Skin Anti-Wrinkle Cream Night. Being a 20-year-old, is it safe for someone of my age to use this lotion, or just try to find what I had in mind the first place?

Technically,20 years old is a bit too early to use anti wrinkle products as your skin metalbolism should be good enough to prevent pre-mature aging. It may be better to start with a sun protection skin care routine eg,use products with sun protection properties to prevent formation of freckles,pigmentation,wrinkles... especially so if you go out into the sun often.Excessive exposure to the sun can also cause pre-mature wrinkles to form. However, there should be no harm in using anti-ageing products.Night creams are generally richer in texture and full of minerals to help your skin renew its metalbolism and cells while you sleep.Hence, you may have to check if the night cream is too oily for your skin type.It may be best to check with a skin care consultant before purchasing.

I guess it's okay since the product moisturizes skin too and strengthens its elasticity. Nivea has a multivitamin facial cream that may work for your 20-year old skin too. Nonetheless, drinking more H2O works best.

Its never to early to start! im 23 and i use those sorts of creams as a preventative rather than waiting til im wrinkly then tryin 2 get rid of them. it cant do any harm and any sort of moisturiser helps ur skin anyway.
