You should go for MBA... as now-a-days, engineering degree alone cannot help you in building and planning your career. If possible, try to get it done from IIM or any other university or college recognized by UGC.
The second option is join some MNC or else any software company like TCS who recruit engineering graduates as software apprentices and absorb them in their organization as permanent employee under contract.
However, as you are quite young, it is the time for you to pursue MBA, as higher education would not be that easy later on as it is today.

why not go to work for a chemical Company ? Are you looking for a masters degree?
